Tournament Entry Forms should be sent directly to the tournament director of each tournament with fees.  Deadlines for entry and participation points are as follows:

• Sat / Sun tournament deadline for entry is @ 6:00pm on Wednesday prior to the tournament
• Fri / Sat / Sun tournament deadline for entry is @ 2:00pm on Tuesday prior to the tournament.
• To receive participation points for a tournament that is cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances paid entries MUST be in the tournament directors possession no later than the Monday @ 6:00pm prior to the tournament.
